An originally Durham-based food truck is transitioning to its first brick and mortar location this weekend in North Raleigh. Two Roosters, the popular ice cream business, opens its doors this Sunday in the Greystone Village Shopping Center. Off of Lead Mine Road, this shopping center is also home to Raleigh-favorite Sola Coffee.
Two Roosters’ store layout will give customers the ability to see exactly how they make the ice cream. In an effort to be transparent, the owners want their patrons to know what’s going in the beloved ice cream. Because of its extreme popularity in the food truck, the storefront location of Two Roosters is sure to be a popular destination for ice cream in the Triangle this summer!
