traditions wake forest

One of the homes available in Traditions.

Bridgewater at Traditions by Homes by Dickerson had its grand opening this week. This is a gorgeous addition to the Traditions at Wake Forest master planned community. At the event, guests were invited to tour the fully decorated model home, The Whitaker, which was the same floorplan used in the 2016 HGTV Smart Home. The celebration included local food and drink, as well as great times!

The community is near the Wake Forest Reservoir, and includes custom floor plans and designs from Homes by Dickerson. Through Bridgewater at Traditions, Homes by Dickerson strives to honor the rich history and culture of Wake Forest, while adding a new flair and “Traditions” of their own.

Homes will be priced from the upper $500s, and as aforementioned, are custom built to your needs and preferences. At Bridgewater you’ll find tons of natural and paved trails, “The Club,” which is the Traditions gathering place, and amazing amenities.
