M/I Homes of Raleigh is honored to have been awarded the Irving Schottenstein Division of the Year Award, named after the company’s founder. After a record breaking 2014, this nationwide honor is the pinnacle of success for the Raleigh division of M/I Homes.

The senior management team of M/I Homes evaluates all of the company’s 16 divisions throughout the country, and bases the award off of 10 different criteria, some of which are construction, sales, efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction.

“We are so proud of our team here in Raleigh,” says Ed Kristensen, President of M/I Homes’ Raleigh Division. “Each and every member is very deserving of this honor as it credits their hard work and dedication. Our personal pride, dedication to superior craftsmanship, and commitment to homeowner service are uniquely our own. Our reputation is something that is very important to us. We work very hard here in Raleigh to ensure our customers have a great experience and a quality-built home.”

M/I Homes is currently offering new homes in 17 communities throughout the Triangle, including Raleigh, Cary, Fuquay-Varina, Holly Springs, Wake Forest, Clayton, Durham, Pittsboro, Carrboro, and Chapel Hill. M/I Homes builds single-family homes and townhomes from the mid $100s to over $1M. All of M/I’s homes are 100% Energy Star qualified and come with a 30-year home warranty.
