The Best of the Building Industry Honored at the 5th Annual STARS Awards Gala

The North Carolina Home Builders Association (NCHBA), a state trade association representing more than 18,000 member firms involved in the residential construction industry, celebrated Caribbean-style at the 5th Annual STARS Awards Gala on September 13, 2007 at the Westin Hotel in Charlotte. Over 400 building professionals from around the state honored builders, developers, sales and marketing professionals, realtors, interior merchandisers, web designers, and home builders associations who achieved honors in 42 different categories.

The statewide STARS Awards competition recognizes superior achievements in a broad range of categories. Judges for the 2007 STARS Awards reviewed the 161 entries before selecting the best in North Carolina new home construction and design. A total of 50 STARS awards were distributed and 17 Outstanding Achievements were recognized. These awards symbolize tremendous achievement, honor, and distinction among building industry professionals.
