Stanley Martin Homes just announced their newest Wake Forest community, Retreat at Renaissance! Exepecting to break ground in January of next year, construction will start building their 85 townhomes in Downtown Wake Forest. The alluring new community will be just blocks from the Historic Downtown Wake Forest district. Walking distance to parks, restaurants, and shopping make Retreat at Renaissance very desirable.
“Downtown Wake Forest is walkable, affordable, charming and neighborly; it’s quickly emerging as one of the most desirable neighborhoods in the Raleigh metro – especially for first-time homebuyers looking for a strong investment,” says Anthony Ascolese, vice president of sales for Stanley Martin Homes in Raleigh.
Retreat at Renaissance is designed to benefit the environment, as well as its residents. It is built in partnership with the North Carolina Brownfields Program, which is a state program to support land re-use and area revitalization. This will help to provide a cleaner and healthier neighborhood. An added benefit of this program, owners will be eligible for a net tax savings of about 50% over the first five years of ownership.
“We feel fortunate to be part of the Wake Forest revival and North Carolina Brownfields Program,” says Ascolese. “Building new, safe and healthy homes through Stanley Martin’s Green Living Program, we’re building a more vibrant community for generations to come.”
The townhomes will vary in size from 1,894-2,498 square feet, with three bedrooms, two and a half bathrooms, and private garages. Excitingly, there are third-floor loft and rooftop terrace options as well as many others.
